Discouraged
I am trying to stay positive with this blog. I have read many "blogger help" pages and suggestions and I'm trying to cover all the bases... What keeps bloggers going when they don't have the audience they would like?

Really, don't worry about having an audience. Write about whatever needs to get out of you and you will pick up the kind of readers you want.
I think I blogged for a good 4 months before regular comments started coming in.
I look forward to whatever you have to say - I'm always looking for new "stepmom blogs" to lurk around on!
